Insert Display Template Insert
Quad db/Smith Chart Template into the current design.
Standard Common Measurements
In schematic tool bar there are four tool icons which
can be used to measure the certain standard common measurements (PAE,
Stability etc.) for an existing sub circuit. These tool icons are used to insert the required simulation
template for the standard common measurements. User has to select an
existing sub circuit in the schematic window then click on appropriate tool
icon to insert the simulation template. After clicking on tool icon the
appropriate simulation template will be placed along with the selected sub
circuit design and also a dialog will be populated for port mapping. Make
required selections in the port mapping dialog and then click on “Connect”
button. After connecting the sub circuit with simulation template, double
click on the template or click on the simulation icon in the ADS toolbar
for opening the simulation setup dialog and then choose the required
simulations. After making the selection for measurements in the setup
dialog, click on “Simulate” button.
Top-Level Design Netlist
Creates a netlist file starting at the
current design, moving through all referenced designs.
Stop Simulator and Release License
Ends a simulation before it is finished. This will also release your
simulation license.
Check Representation In the
Schematic view, the Check Representation command provides access to
information about any of the following characteristics of your design -
Open Connections, Bus Connectivity, Nodal Mismatches, Port/Pin Mismatches,
