                  1. drc.ael :- For checking all rules (Width,Spacing and Inclusion rules) 
                     which are under section I,II and III of the design manual.

                     This file will have all the rules except for the OffGrid rules.Off Grid
                     Rules have been kept as optional for checking and a user may run the                               		     	     Offgrid_rule.ael file to exclusively check Grid violations.
 
                  2. width_rule.ael :- For checking Width Rules which have been stated 
                     under section I of the design manual.
 
                  3. spacing_rule.ael :- For checking Spacing Rules which have been stated 
                     under section II of the design manual.   

                  4. inclusion_rule.ael :- For checking Inclusion Rules which have been stated 
                     under section III of the design manual.  

                  5. Offgrid_rule.ael :- For checking Grid Rules which have been stated 
                     under section IV of the design manual.
