2. Notes:

a) These steps are based on schematic MSTEP models (with proper MSUB definitions).

b) For general inter connections, use either Type 1 or Type 2 step. Type 3 step carries higher current (as their thickness is more).

c) Available both in schematic and layout with synchronization.
