Notes:
a)
From
EM simulated data, equivalent circuit parasitic values are estimated. The
scaling of parasitic element values is done for the valid range of no of turns.
Then each parasitic element is curve fitted (typically to 5th order)
and then model is net listed
b)
To get higher values of resistances
choose smaller values of widths. To get smaller values of resistances choose
higher values of widths.
c)
All the resistors are connected using
M0 metal layer. Choose proper via to connect another elements.
d)
Available both in schematic and layout
with synchronization.
e)
These resistor models can also be used
for Thermal Simulations, a feature which is available from ADS2012 onwards.

can be subtle difference between EM data and the schematic due to mathematical
limitations of model.
