Models available are DK_HEMT, FET_A and FET_B

Number of Fingers(nf) available are 2, 4, 6 and 8

Gate Width(gw) = 20 to 500um in step of 1um

3. Notes:

Available both in schematic and layout with synchronization.

These FET models can also be used for Thermal Simulations, a feature which is available from ADS2012 onwards.
