b) Range:

§ Width, w=(100 um to infinity) in y-direction

§ Length, l=(100 um to infinity) in x-direction

3. Notes:

a) No schematic equivalent exists for this border. This can not be simulated.

b) After completing the MMIC layout

§ set the origin (0,0) at the lower left hand corner

§ measure overall X & Y dimensions (from Bond pad to Bond pad) and

§ input them as Width and Length of demo_border.

§ Place the border at (0,0) using coordinate entry.
