a) The existing model of bond wire (under Passive-RF circuit palette) is used as a hierarchical circuit.

b) There is no layout associated with this component. Hence the layer information can be ignored.

c) Models for multiple bond wires are not provided. However, they can be accessed from the existing Passive-RF circuit palette.

d) For accurate results, it is recommended to use EMDS based 3D simulations.
